📱 App Troubleshooting
1. The app isn’t detecting my location
Ensure Location Services are turned ON for the Leadville Railroad app.
Make sure your device has GPS enabled.
Try restarting the app.
2. Audio isn’t playing at tour stops
Check your device’s volume.
Ensure Silent Mode/Vibrate is OFF.
Tap “Replay” in the audio window for each stop.
3. The map or content isn’t loading
If you are on the train route, the app may be running in offline mode.
This is normal.Make sure you pre-downloaded the route before boarding.
Restart the app if needed.
4. App is frozen or glitching
Close and reopen the app.
Restart your device.
Update to the latest version of the app.
